Cloud Staffing: Cloud engineers who join your team

Cloud engineers from our team join yours, on AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud, for as long as the work needs. You lead the work.

How an engineer joins your team

Who can join your team

When teams bring us in

Four colleagues smile round a laptop at a table as one of them points at the screen
  • A launch date and a gap

The date holds, and the team is one skill short.

  • A move your team leads

Your people run the migration, with cloud depth beside them.

  • A cloud you inherited

It was built before you, and nobody left knows why.

  • Cover while you hire

The work goes on while you find the right person.

  • A skill for months, not years

Security or FinOps work with an end in sight.

Ways to work together

  • Full time in your team

One engineer or more, on your hours and in your rituals.

Best for: A long stretch of work

  • Part time

    Set days each week.

Best for: A skill you need often, not every day

  • A small cloud team

    An architect with engineers.

Best for: A build or a move your team leads

What stays true

You lead the work. Cloud 23 stands behind the engineer.

Questions

How is this different from Managed Services?

What if the fit is not right?

Tell us early. We talk it through with your lead and agree what changes, a different engineer included.
