These terms apply when you use cloud-23.com, which Brain Station 23 runs. By using the site you agree to them.
They cover this website only. Your agreement with us sets the terms for the work, and where the two differ, the agreement comes first. How we handle personal data is in our privacy notice.
What the site tells you
The site describes our services in general terms. It is not an offer and promises no result.
A starting price is a starting point: the price, scope and timeline of any work are agreed in writing before it starts. A service, a price or a credential can change before we update a page.
Using the site
- Use it lawfully and for what it is for.
- Do not try to break it, overload it or reach areas not open to you.
- Do not send anything unlawful or anything that carries malware.
- Leave passwords and access keys out of anything you send us.

Ownership and trademarks
The text, drawings and design of this site belong to Brain Station 23. You may link to it and quote a short part with credit.
Photographs are used under their photographers’ licenses. Some pictures were generated with AI to illustrate the work. None of them shows our team or our customers.
AWS, Microsoft, Google and their logos and badges belong to their owners, as do the names of customers and other companies. Showing them does not mean those companies endorse this site.
Our responsibility
The site is provided as it is, and we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. We do not control the sites it links to, such as our partner profiles, and are not responsible for them.
As far as the law allows, Brain Station 23 is not liable for loss that comes from using this site or relying on what it says. Nothing here limits a liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
