Privacy notice
How we handle personal data on this website and when we work for you.
Who we are
Cloud 23 is the cloud services unit of Brain Station 23, which decides how your personal data is used. Questions about this notice go to [email protected].
What this website collects
You can read this website without telling us anything. It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and runs no analytics or tracking tools.
Its fonts and images come from the site itself. Our hosting provider handles the technical details of each request, such as your IP address and the page asked for, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
If you write to us
The contact form asks for your name and work email, and if you wish your company, the service you need and a message. It emails them to our team through an email delivery provider, and the website keeps no copy of them.
An email you send us directly is used the same way.
When we work for you
In your cloud accounts we handle your data on your instructions, under our data processing terms, which also say how we protect it. For the relationship itself we keep contact names, work emails, contracts and invoices.
Why we use personal data
- To answer an enquiry and scope the work.
- To deliver and bill the services in your agreement.
- To keep this website and our systems secure.
- To meet legal duties, such as tax and accounting records.
Where the law asks for a legal basis, it is your request, our agreement with you, our legitimate interest in a secure business or a legal duty. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry while we need it to answer you, and contracts and invoices for as long as the law requires. When a service ends, we delete what we hold for it within 30 days, apart from records the law makes us keep.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your personal data, and ask us to correct it, delete it, limit or object to how we use it, or move it to another provider.
Write to [email protected], and we may ask you to confirm who you are. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.
