Cloud Infra Audit & Compliance: Every finding ranked, with a remediation plan

Cloud security first, on zero-trust principles, then the other Well-Architected workstreams. Three depths, and we can carry out the remediation plan with you.

What we look at, security first

AWS Well-Architected Framework

Pick a pillar

Security

Zero trust for your cloud: verify every identity, limit every path, protect every piece of data.

AWS best-practice areas

  • Security foundations
  • Identity and access management
  • Detection
  • Infrastructure protection
  • Data protection
  • Incident response
  • Application security

What we look for

  • Admin access that is shared or never reviewed
  • Services that trust the network, not an identity
  • Storage or databases open to the internet
  • Logging that is off, or can be changed

What neglect costs A security event costs more than preventing it: lost data, downtime and regulatory exposure.

What we can see, and how it runs

Four colleagues in a review meeting at a desk, one with a tablet

In your account

  • A read-only role you create and can delete
  • Your cloud’s security and logging services, where they are on
  • Cost and usage data
  • Your architecture notes and diagrams

Read-only

  • AWS SecurityAudit and ViewOnlyAccess, Azure Reader and Security Reader, Google Cloud Viewer and Security Reviewer
  • You create the role and can delete it, with an external ID on AWS
  • Every call is recorded in your own audit log

At Cloud 23

  • Reviewers read the evidence
  • Workshops with the people who run it
  • Findings ranked and written up
  • A report and plan you keep

Standards we prepare you for

PCI DSS, ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA and the IT guidelines of sector regulators. The certificate comes from an accredited body, never from us.

  2. Closing the gaps
  3. Evidence, by control

We prepare you. An accredited body certifies.

Questions before you book

Is the Check-up really free?

Yes, twice a year on every AWS account we bill. Otherwise it is $1,000.

Will you need write access?

No. You create a read-only role you can revoke at any time, and every action is logged in your account. Remediation is a separate change, with time-boxed access you approve.

Is this a penetration test?

No. We review configuration, architecture and process, and test recovery in an agreed window. A penetration test is a separate engagement.

Do you review any cloud platform?

Yes. On AWS, Azure and Google Cloud the Health Review and the Deep Dive run against that cloud’s own Well-Architected framework, scoped case by case. The Check-up is AWS’s own review, so it covers AWS workloads.
