Questions finance teams ask

What does billing through you cost?

A service fee on your monthly AWS usage, agreed in writing before anything moves. Usage is billed at AWS’s own prices, and the fee is our only charge. The cost report and the two Check-ups come with it.

Do we lose control of our AWS accounts?

No. You keep your accounts, root user and access. We see billing data only, unless you also buy managed services or a review.

What happens to our Savings Plans and Reserved Instances?

They stay on your accounts. Before anything moves, we confirm in writing how discounts are shared.

Can we pay AWS directly instead?

Yes, and some teams should. You can leave later, after the notice period in your agreement.

  1. You writeWith the form, or to [email protected]
  2. An engineer repliesWithin one business day, from the team that would do the work
  3. You get a scope and a priceIn writing, before any work starts
