Bus booking platform
A bus booking platform had not kept pace with what travelers expect. We rebuilt it on serverless AWS services, with automated deployment.

The challenge
- A booking system that lagged behind modern expectations.
- Traffic that had to scale without slowing.
- Secure payments and protected user data.
- A simple booking process.
What we did
- Built the platform on AWS Lambda, so it scales with demand.
- Added Amazon Cognito for sign-in and AWS Secrets Manager for sensitive data.
- Stored data in Amazon DynamoDB and images in Amazon S3.
- Automated builds and releases with GitHub Actions and Azure Pipelines.
- Introduced QR-code tickets, so boarding checks are faster and more secure.
